I had such a wonderful experience training here throughout my entire pregnancy in the group workout classes. Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. He always made sure the exercises were appropriate for each stage, which made me feel completely safe and confident continuing to work out. His guidance and encouragement meant so much during that time—I truly couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. Highly recommend! & can’t wait to be back!!
The complete staff has helped me with a shoulder issue, first thought was rotator cuff tear, but worked thru all the problems and have full range of motion back.
