I love this place! I go in the early morning and love the sunrise as I’m walking in. The gym is a mix of ages and abilities, and I really feel I’m improving by working with trainer Daniel, or as I like to call him, my “fitness hype guy.” Larry Lee has outfitted the place with a greater variety of equipment than I’ve ever seen at a gym. So many cool things to try— it’s kind of a playground for adults. Their app is also handy and full of great resources. Larry and his team provide very hands on personal support.
I went in with previous experience at physical therapy for a traumatic knee injury so I didn’t have high hopes going into Lee PT. Boy didn’t they change my mind after the second appointment. The contrast between the two PT places is incomparable. Every therapist I worked with took the time to answer any and all questions I had. They knocked me down to one appt a week vs two due to progress I had made in just a two week period. I am going back for PT in other parts of my body and will not go anywhere else.
