The dude answering the phone was extremely rude. Even called my dr lol. Don't waste your time with this place. Didn't understand plain English either. Sad pathetic customer service to someone who is in pain. Thanks for nothing.
The Doctor works so close with his staff and patients. The physical therapy is the best I have had in 12 years of disability.
Rude staff, unprofessional,if you're Korean service is great,if not good luck,Dr Lee rude man,they refused my Medicare and medical told me is inactive.I called la care and it is active ,they called the clinic and they did not answered the phone Went to the office,now I have to wait 1 month for appointment,not coming back to this rude place.👎
