Very disappointed! $51 wasted. Instrument to cut my cuticles wasn’t sanitized after she cut me and I bled. My nails are long except for one thumb that had a tip on It, which she partially removed leaving me with 9 long nails and 1 short one. The tech was in process of dipping in the gel powder without correcting this until I pointed this out. She tried to glue the tip on top of the gel powder and it fell off.
