I had a scheduled consultation set up with Kyle Lee. Mid conversion of explaining my case he hung up on me or the phone was disconnected. I called back got his receptionist and she told me to hold so she could reach out to him. I was then told he had a hearing and would call me back at noon. I never received a call back. Don’t know if I did something or they just didn’t wanna accept my case, but they asked me to update them after my HR meeting and everything and I did and I kept submitting evidence to him through their email channels and I still have not heard nothing back from them they haven’t decided to pick up the phone or nothing like that but like I said, it’s completely disregarded to disabled boy claims Update- common sense is to assume obviously they won’t respond on a holiday but the next business day which was 07/06/2026 & today 0... read more

I have a situation where I’m experiencing wage theft and retaliation. I was shocked to hear the attorney i spoke with tell me that, yes my employer is for sure retaliating against me but stated a judge won’t hear my case for wage theft because I don’t work full time or because my employer is paying at least minimum wage . I have never heard that before . My employer dropped me from 4days to 2 days because I asked was a break being deducted from my check when it is impossible to take a break if im the only person on the clock... read more

I've had the best experience anyone could possibly want from a law office. Kyle himself is wonderful and made everything easy for me to follow along and understand especially with what I was going through, he assured me that he'd take care of everything and he did, promptly- May I add.
