I am a local Realtor who has recommended this company for 5 years now, and recently had the chance to be on the buyers end of the transaction. I still stand by my recommendation! This was a super easy process and they went above and beyond to give me lots of options and keep me on track to close on time! They have very low closing fees compared to others and can pivot easily if needed!
18/10 Would not use again. There are way too many people involved in the process. They add nothing but miscommunication. There were numerous times throughout my experience where I threw my hands up in the air and was about to give up. Between having to provide documents multiple times, the over 100 emails, and lack of clarity, I would not recommend using this business.
We had a great experience with Lee and his team! They were always available to answer questions and worked so efficiently to get things done! We couldn't be happier with the service provided!
Motto Mortgage was excellent to work with. They explained the process step by step and I am super satisfied with my service. I definitely will be recommending them in the future and use them for future loan needs.
