I called this daycare to ask a few questions, and a female staff member named Diana answered. She was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even raised her voice, telling me I had called the wrong daycare. When I called back to explain that her behavior was unacceptable, she responded, “I’m very frustrated with kids and I’m changing diapers, what do you want?!” I was shocked to hear this from someone caring for children. Both of my kids attended this KinderCare center. Thank you to Ms. Srijana and all teachers for keeping my kids safe and encouraging them to learn, play and make friends. Many of the teachers of my older daughter also taught my younger daughter 5 years later. My first impression never changed: caring staff, structure, discipline and warm environment. Thank you for everything. We will miss you.

The Phonics Adventures program was poorly organized. No confirmation, inconsistent scheduling and little communication from staff. Not worth the cost—better to buy the materials yourself.
