The owner Mr. Lee is never there, and gives the accounts to everyone else in the office. If you're a new client of his office he is 100% not taking care of your account and giving it to someone else. I paid him for nothing over the years because when I moved to a new CPA they charged me double to fix the years his employees messed up.
terrible service. Called/email and left msg, never get the call back most of the time. There are no email for individual, one email to everybody in the office. phone is making busy signal most of the time. After this year end, i'll pay somebody else to do my Accounting....
