Myself and my friend were perusing the store and chatting with the older man behind the counter about the items, when suddenly out of the blue the he says "I see i'm not getting a sale so goodbye". Motioned us out the door similar to other reviews I read, very rude and we definitely wont go back.
Shop manager tried to tell us all of the jewelry is handmade by local artists. It is clearly not and when I questioned him about the “Made in China “ sticker one one, he tried to say it was the TAG that was made in China. 🙄 I did end up purchasing a pretty bracelet that matched my dress, but after I wore it for an hour a stone fell off. I took it back to get a refund immediately and he wouldn’t let me get a refund for a defective piece of jewelry, pointing to a no refund sign. Es una tienda donde te quieres llevar todo para tu casa, es arte en vidrio, piezas únicas, variedad, elegancia, arte en todo el sentido de la palabra, el señor que me atendió muy atento, si vas a Mount Dora debes llevar a tu hogar una de estas piezas únicas , todos la amaran!
Great store! We purchased two of Sheldon's stained glass pieces while visiting from Germany. He took the time to carefully pack them to survive the return trip to Germany in our luggage, which they did. Very positive experience and will return for more pieces in the future.
