Ordered a 16 color charger February 17, 2026 and paid in full. To date (June 1, 2026), we have yet to receive the glass charger. I have called multiple times and sent a email and have yet to receive any return correspondence. Not sure what to do.
Myself and my friend were perusing the store and chatting with the older man behind the counter about the items, when suddenly out of the blue the he says "I see i'm not getting a sale so goodbye". Motioned us out the door similar to other reviews I read, very rude and we definitely wont go back.
Shop manager tried to tell us all of the jewelry is handmade by local artists. It is clearly not and when I questioned him about the “Made in China “ sticker one one, he tried to say it was the TAG that was made in China. 🙄 I did end up purchasing a pretty bracelet that matched my dress, but after I wore it for an hour a stone fell off. I took it back to get a refund immediately and he wouldn’t let me get a refund for a defective piece of jewelry, pointing to a no refund sign.
