I would have put one star, but the terminology associated with one star is too strong for my liking. After seven months (from December 2016 to July 2017) approximately 30% of my portfolio was still sitting idle (had not been invested), yet when I transferred my funds to another portfolio manager, I was still charged for management of those funds.
