I don't really want to give any star, was a very simple settlement of a property, the conveyancer verbally quoted a reasonable price but sneakily took more than double of what she quoted for from the settlement, wouldn't return any calls or emails to provide a reason why the cost suddenly increased so excessively. What a dishonest person.
