This has been the easiest transport company to work with hands down! Sales rep Kris was responsive with every question I had, delivered on commitments. Prior to this amazing experience, we hired another car transport company to transport our son’s car to college and the other company never showed up! Our experience with Kris was a breath of fresh air, Thank you for the excellent service.
An incredibly professional team, not only hardworking but a delight to work with. They complete transports in a timely manner and with consistent communication. I would highly recommend for all transportation needs!
There were some hiccups that caused a delay for pickup and delivery which was understandable due to some circumstances. Overall, it was a positive experience for me. Not only that, Kris was super communicative and transparent.
Kris was very communicative. I was a little nervous at first moving from WA to WV with my first ever car shipping, but Kris made it a smooth ride. :)
