I hired Lee Abt to handle my Chapter 13 bankruptcy, provided all required documents, and paid the deposit. Since then, I’ve experienced nothing but silence no progress on my case, ignored phone calls, and unanswered emails. I even had to show up at his office in person just to try to make contact. Due to this lack of communication and action, I have terminated his services. I will be seeking an attorney who values communication and is committed to moving cases forward.

I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. I initially paid him $800 to help me with a bankruptcy case. After reviewing the details, I realized that the monthly payment plan he suggested would be far too high for me, so I decided not to move forward with the filing. When I contacted him to request communication about my payment and possible refund, he stopped answering my emails and phone calls.
