I had a very disappointing experience with Law Office. They were consistently unresponsive to phone calls and emails, and when I did manage to reach someone, the staff—particularly one assistant—was quite rude and unprofessional. The lawyer seemed disorganized and disconnected from my case. To make matters worse, they charged me for a full hour of service when they only communicated on my behalf for about 30 minutes.
