Been a bank customer with ledyard for over 20 years. For some reason recently my bank card didn't work it any ledyard Bank but it worked it every other bank imaginable. After sick of paying fees every time I needed to get cash I walked into ledyard Bank and ask them to replace my card. Gentleman Teller said well that'll be a couple weeks we'll need to mail you one I said okay. Few weeks later I returned to the bank to say do you know when that card is coming cuz it's been kind of inconvenient not being able to access cash ov... read more

We cannot say enough good things about this bank. We have banked at bigger banks with huge reputations and never received the same kind of exceptional service that this bank provides. We feel so lucky to have found it.
