Slow, UN-Professional, Not Organized, etc. I needed to file bankruptcy to stop a potential lawsuit against me and its has been 5 weeks now and Ledford, Wu, & Borges, LLC (AKA Bill Busters) still have not filed my bankruptcy. Hmmm. They take your money and take their time. After submitting and completing all the required information the attorney requested, I schedule an appointment at 9:30 Sat. morning. Bill Busters has to be the Worst bankruptcy agency I could have ever imagined dealing with. Extremely unprofessional, employees are very, very slow. Financial reps lie about amounts of calls and letters sent to clients so they may charge more than originally quoted or so they may deduct more than the contractually agreed upon amount. Long story short" there are more experienced, reputable bankruptcy out here, best interest is time avoid this one. They will overcharge and attempt to keep all of your money
This was the worst experience ever. The staff is unprofessional, they don't explain their process or procedures clearly, and are very rude. They don't return calls after you have paid them. You are better off trying another office. They are terrible. ALL LOCATIONS .
Poor professionalism..waste of time, inpatient, rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me because they couldn't answer my question and they misstated information.. Being this rude and unprofessional with a potential client, can't imagine their representation would be any good: subpar at best...I'll take my business elsewhere.. No thanks Bill Busters and staff...
sometimes it may take a day to hear back from them but i always do got my car back from the repo man and got my lisence back too told my cousin about them and they got rid of her cash loans
I was very happy with the services. The staff was friendly. It's easy to talk to my attorney. They wiped out all my debt so I can start over. I was even able to buy a car after bankruptcy. For anyone that needs help with their bills, call them.
The lawyers tell you good stuff but these people is slow. they keep calling you to get you to hire them to help you and then after you paid your fee they never call you back, they is very slow in handling any thing.
