Very professional.Justin the installer.was very knowledgeable about pool table mechanics.
Update: Unsure how to respond to your (store owner's) reply/message directly but as I didn't leave an initial written review, I'll use this space to reply. I visited the storefront on Friday, Sep. 11 around 12:00pm, maybe slightly after. I purchased a few packs of soft tip darts. Apologies for the confusion. The service was 5 stars, by the way. The gentleman that was assisting me was extemely courteous and attentive.
The service was excellent. They showed up on time and did a tremendous job with putting the pool table together. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. Many boxes and many parts, but they knew what they were doing! So glad I called this company and used them. If you need a pool table assembled, I’d recommend them.
Cameron and the team at Ledford Billiards were fantastic from our very first interaction. The crew delivered and assembled our table with exceptional care, ensuring every detail was right and the table was perfectly level before they left. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Ledford Billiards!
Cameron and team were exceptional. Their billiards knowledge is unparalleled. Highly recommend to anyone.
