I have had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. I purchased a Lecto Chi Premier and it never worked. Instead of sending me a new unit they made me return it for repair. It does not work (still). They are ignoring all my calls and emails. If this doesn’t get resolved soon I will go to BBB. Communication goes a long way and when you have cost me $1300+ I expect communication when your product does not work. Update- They did refund my money.

My experience with working with this company has been top rated. My personal representative Steve is always there to answer all my questions about my ionic foot bath. I started out using it personally and was so amazed by the results, I started using it in my salon and treating other people. I can't say enough of the health benefits that is generated from doing ionic foot detox baths on myself and others with using the Lectro Chi foot bath

I ordered foot tub liners. The cost was the same as before but the quality was way less. The liners are so thin now I fear they will break and cause a mess everywhere. There was no warning I was ordering and inferior product. Definitely will not order from them again.
