Great for scopes and colonoscopy procedures. The Doctors, nurses and staff are very kind and comforting.
The nurse and techs I had were great. Kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. However, my experience with the doctor was frustrating. I didn’t feel fully heard or taken seriously during the appointment, and the communication felt unclear at times. Overall, I left feeling confused about my concerns and the explanation provided. I just wish the interaction with the provider had been more attentive and consistent.
