I was a client of Dan LeClair for years. Got letters from the IRS saying there was a problem and I owed money. Because Dan has done my taxes for at least six years, I'd hoped he could clear it up. Dan said he would call the IRS and clear it up. BS. Anyone who knows anything about the IRS knows that is not possible. Dan and this company has drastically changed. We have used them 16+ years until they jammed me up with the IRS last year and when I tried to rectify the issue, they blamed it on additional IRS agents. It ended up being their error by not filing on time. (Guess who payed the fees!)When I tried to contact them again, no one was there. PLEASE don’t waste your time and hard earned money on their lack of detail and ready to retire attitude!
I hate to even leave a review about this man because he has been great for years but like others has said this year is really different and he’s not answering calls he’s not returning phone calls like he’s dropped off the face of the Earth. I am very disappointed.
I don't know what happened to this business. Dan Leclair was great for many years but is now completely unresponsive as to why tax returns have not been filed with the IRS. If you're looking for someone to do your tax filing, find someone else.
