If I could give zero stars I would. The worse company I've ever worked with. The account manager would not meet to discuss issues. Route driver lost uniforms then charged us for them. For over a month I've been asking for a phone call from the owner of the company and of course that doesn't happen. I have written communication stating I wouldn't be charged for uniforms but then they charge anyways. When you try to get them to correct the bill ....crickets is all you hear on their end.
I give them 0 stars. I have worked with many uniform companies. Lechner and Sons is the worst. They receive a zero for customer service. Emails and phone calls are never returned. Constantly charged for missing and damaged uniforms. When you ask for an upgrade for an employee who has been wearing the same uniform for 3 years, you are charged for all the uniforms because they deem them damaged!!! Stay far, far away....
I have been renting uniforms from multiple companies throughout my 25 plus years working in Chicago, this is by far the worst company to supply uniforms, there are numerous issues every week with our uniforms. very disappointed with Lechner and sons
