Kind of disappointing when you need legal assistance on something time sensitive and can't get a call back.
I had a very disappointing experience with Lecce Arcodia. From the start, there was a lack of attention to detail—my name was even recorded incorrectly, which is basic professionalism. More concerning, key information like property taxes and details about different lot numbers were not clearly explained. Communication was also a major issue—calls went unanswered, emails were not returned in a timely manner, and responsibility often seemed to be redirected elsewhere instead of addressed directly. Great service!
Horrendous communication leading up to closing. Attorney Michael quit and we were not told. Our file was given to Cortney who couldn’t take emails and refused to communicate with us unless it was thru an attorney. Followed up to retrieve tax files a month ago and have heard nothing because they are the most unprofessional law firm in the Capital District. Do not trust them with your business!!
