I've used them in the past but they've left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had a free Saturday so I decided to call to make an appointment. When I called the lady asked if I was free now and if I could stop by, thay they would be able to help right then. I said yes I can I'll be there in 10 minutes. Since Hector (may he rest in peace) passed it’s become, The worst place to handle your taxes and don’t even try to get them to send u paperwork that’s on file and can be done in an email. They will give you the run around for weeks. To be clear I never got my copies the only got I got was back in 2019.
