Had an absolutely amazing experience here. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, but haven't shopped for boots in well over 10 years. Explained what I was thinking to the staff, and immediately had 3 different pairs to try out. They were attentive but not pushy, knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely go back next time I need to shop for these items
From the moment we walked in we felt an immediate connection and sensed this would be a great experience. The owners, Linda and John, are both excellent at customer service. Their insights about what they offer, what to get and match with what you already have are simply great! They actively listen to understand the look you're going for to pair their selections with the moment. We purchased hats, boots, buckles, jackets, and shirts. We received lots of compliments all around on each of these items. Highly recommend!
