Got a fix it tickets I paid and fixed it and when I tried getting the case dismissed weeks before trial the court house made me go through hoops to prevent it then when I got into court they gave me a stupid fine of 135 dollars even tho I had proof I fixed it the next day
Mark E Rector is a fine happy judge that enforces unconstitutional ordernences might as well call him King Rector he gave me a 225 dollar fine for a unlicensed van sitting in my own yard even posted it for sale and wants to tell me he doesn't have time for me to sell it and became told me to move it out of the city I have no where to move it but wants give some or smaller fines to Thiefs gives harsher punishments for victimless crimes than real criminals no wonder theirs theifs out running around free in this city and county... read more
