The worst, understaffed, terrible food. Management heavy.
My Mom was here for 5 weeks for rehab after hospitalization. The care team, the PT/OT team and social services all did a a very good job. They were responsive to my questions and concerns and treated my Mom with care and respect. The facilities are rather dated but the care was not.
Christmas day holiday staffing, well done!
Enjoyed meeting the new Administrator, Nichole, and appreciate her perspective of what needs to improve. I found Edward in good spirits and comfortable. Looking forward to seeing full permanent staff join the alteady dedicated and caring staff.
