Had a fantastic experience in working with the firm, especially Chris Blodgett and Brian Davis. I found Chris to be highly communicable and knowledgeable. This review is specifically about Brian Davis, the high school gym teacher turned "lawyer". I contacted Brian in July about a tenant that hadn't paid rent. Brian said they could take care of the problem. Fast forward to OCTOBER and Brian QUITS the case claiming their firm can't handle the situation and that there is excess drama with the tenants defense lawyer. I contact the defense lawyer 5 days later, settle for a small sum (Brian wanted me to settle for 10K or go to trial -- I settled for less than 10% of that sum) and ... read more
Won't return calls, even if its just to say they aren't interested in taking the case. They'll just leave you hanging and waiting. Rude and a waste of my time.
