I paid $5,000 for the “all inclusive” patent work bundle. I was told the process could take “up to two years”. It’s now been 5 years and the only time I’ve heard from them is when they call or email wanting more money. At this point I’ve resigned myself to the fact that they just stole my money. I’ll update my review if anything changes but for now my advice is stay far away from this firm.

This is hands down a great firm to work with! The whole team was more than accommodating and so easy to work with while we filed for a provisional patent. The quick turnaround time for paperwork was quite surprising given some experiences I've had at other places. Highly recommend them!

When they filed my trademark they didn’t bother to disclose a “common” word…when it needed addressed they wanted to charge me the full amount again. I asked why it wasn’t done in the first place and they said they hoped the person reviewing it would miss it and that would make it stronger. I don’t want a place that plays games with my money and name at stake, just someone who will do it right the first time.
