Can't make an appointment on line for LV office. Can't renew on line because of age. They won't answer the phone and my question was not answered in the faqs. Guess I'll have to drive down there and go inside with my phone ringing in my hand. Maybe I will get someone to talk to me.

Efficient. Don't plan to walk-in, but if you're adequately prepared beforehand, a walk-in can yield positive results if you're patient.
Condescending staff. “You didn’t have time the whole last year to come in?” Well lady, that question isn’t helpful to my situation. . . Thanks for being a jerk though. Maybe you shouldn’t be customer facing.
