They lock their doors at noon... Do they still get paid??? Then we sat for two hours I didn't even want to give 1 star but it wouldn't even let me leave a review!!!
Appointments are atleast a month out and if you don’t have one it will take atleast 2 hours for one simple thing. The front desk lady is rude and could take a lesson in costumer service
Sat there for an hour. Watched the staff talk and chit chat and move so slow. So inefficient. Door says they’re open until 4:45. I watched the front desk girl take 5 minutes telling a story about a woman who called in (sharing details we could all hear) and then approached us at 4:38 and informed us they couldn’t serve us today because they were out of time. I took off work early, drove half an hour one way, waited and hour; then get this treatment? Insane. Find another office to get your license work done
