I've lived in Sedgwick, Wyandotte, Douglas and Shawnee counties in Kansas. I have been to all of the DMV for KDL or Tagging of vehicles. Leavenworth county is the first DMV I don't mind going to. Pleasant People assist you, (Brandy Helped me with my KDL renewal). Quick in and out and lots of smiling faces. It's a luxury to have this at our dispense.
