Brad restuffed my couch cushion for a 20 year old sofa which was my parents. It is a unique cushion being one piece and scalloped cut. Foam had become compressed and looked awful. Usually I’m a DIY girl but knew I couldn’t tackle this. I called and gave him the dimensions, what I wanted and he ordered the special foam (higher density) without even asking for a deposit. Couch broke. It is a good couch, about 15 years od and still in great shape, except for the back bar that holds the springs. That part finally gave up. I tried to fix it myself. Took out some 10,000 staples to get the cheesecloth off the bottom. Took out the broken wood and fashioned one myself, affixed the spring clips and away I went. Except.....it wouldn't go. I had an office chair which was just right but long overused. Leatherman Furniture was able to replace the stuffing and cover and it's better than new. They also successfully reupholstered my mom's couch.
Leatherman was fast, efficient, friendly and reasonable in price. Definitely 5 star.
I spoke to Brad on the phone and he was very unpleasant. He cut me off when I was speaking and told me he wouldn’t do the job without giving me any information why. I called back and told him that I didn’t appreciate his tone and he became very aggravated with me and had an awful attitude. I would not recommend this place. Do better Brad and learn how to talk to customers with respect!
