Great selection, great communication. Expectations regarding product, delivery, and timeline were clearly communicated and adhered to. 6 months in now with the sofa, it's comfy and very solid. Cost much less than something made to this level at big retail stores like rh. Leather clicking isn't perfect, but pretty damn good, and hey, if you don't like imperfections in your leather they have nubuck options now for a more uniform look. Would buy again!
Perfect buying experience. Communication from the start was easy and customer service/ support was great. The couch is exactly what we were looking for and the quality of the construction is clear. No doubt we will get many years of use.
I wish our experience was similar to the reviews we read prior to ordering. Our sofa took 4 months to receive, it had significant distressing/wear on the outer perimeter upon receipt, and one dark line in the middle of a cushion that had been clearly stained. Communication was limited to us reaching out for updates. After waiting the extended period of time and considering the price point, I expected to receive a beautiful sofa. I bought from them blind after doing some research. Very communicative and helpful. Most importantly, the quality of my sofa was absolutely incredibly and custom made to my specifications. I can't speak highly enough about LeatherGroups.
Overall, my experience with LeatherGroups has been really positive. I’m someone who’s pretty exacting when it comes to my purchases, especially custom furniture, so I wanted to make sure I understood everything going on from start to finish. There were a few bumps along the way, mostly around delays with the production and sourcing of leather, and initial communication, but nothing that really threw me off.
