Good points. Good quality furniture and prices are reasonable. Bad points, saleswoman had NO personality and lies to customers about furniture being assembled by delivery people. Had to do this myself with my disability.
Purchased a dining set for 1200, was never told we had to assemble it until it was delivered.
We brought a couch it broke after 3 week went in to get it repaired all exchanged the owner was very rude to a point where we just walked out i had to walk out before it turn into a punch up i would never shop there again i had to repaired the couch my self buyer be aware there no after care with this d head
On Sunday 10 August we purchased and paid for a NELSON 3ER+ER+ER Leather Lounge suite. Jason delivered and assembled the suite punctually on Saturday 16 August. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, the lounge is beautiful. Very happy customers. We strongly recommended Leather & Thread. Great customer service. Monique and John.
I want to specifically thank Leah who was amazing in helping me get a cord for my clients electric recliner. It was going to take too long to go online and purchase one and then wait for delivery. The client is now in an aged care facility and the chair is very important to her well-being and to help her with familiar items from her home. Bless you again Leah. Thank you.
