I paid a deposit for a new lounge and waited six months for it to arrive. I eventually visited the store in Wodonga to ask when it was expected. The owner of the business didn't know when the couch would arrive. But instead of explaining that calmly, he was offended by the question. He raised his voice and accused me of being condescending. I'm a woman in my 70s and I was reduced to tears. I felt belittled and intimidated. Good points. Good quality furniture and prices are reasonable. Bad points, saleswoman had NO personality and lies to customers about furniture being assembled by delivery people. Had to do this myself with my disability.
