They steal your money. 1st they send wrong product. Then send a shipping label for you to return the product but never send the right one back. When you try to contact them they never respond and ignore text messages also. They are punks and should be reported to the attorney general office and lock them up! Only reason it has a one rating is because it wouldn't let me give a 0
Poor quality of product.Return was accepted on 05/15 but money never refunded. 5 Weeks later after numerous emails, phone calls unanswered still no refund. Please be aware of that
This company is the worst ive dealt with. Still waiting on refund from wrong items that were sent back a month ago. Just keep hetting same message now. They appreciate me and will look into the issue and get back soon. This place just takes your money and gives you whatever they've got whether its correct or not. Then when you go to return it they just send out a generic email back over and over. They are a scam.
I ordered online on March 25th. I received the items quickly. But they sent the wrong size and style chaps. So I contacted them and they emailed me a return label. So I mailed the item back and I received confirmation from UPS that it was received 4/11. I have never heard back from them. They took my money and almost a month later nothing. THEY BURY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE! WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED HERE FIRST! Ordered several products. Needed to exchange one. I was willing to look past the initial issues if they made it right, but communication was horrible and the replacement was also incorrect. This place is not worth the hassle.
