Not pleased at all. Bought our grey power furniture from leather italica several years ago. We were very excited about getting the leather furniture and we went to the shop in Leland around the corner from our house. Waited 6 weeks as we were told it had to be made and shipped to the Leland, NC warehouse. Brought it home and checked it over and it was good. Now several years later our “leather” is peeling off and we have many places where seams didn’t get stitched good. We talked with the Leland people because we were still under warranty but they did nothing. My husband had to take the back off and repair the brackets so the back would sit up like it’s suppose to. Now we’ve contacted them again and told they are only a warehouse and don’t do anything else. Sent pictures and email to main leather Italiaca and haven’t heard anything back. I am disappointed and disgusted . Lots of peeling and ripped seams and discoloration. Give it another month and we will be sitting in the floor. I would love a representative to come check it out. Very disappointed and we were told this furniture would hold up for many years. We are in our 70s and thought this would last. Especially more than a year and now 3 years later and the recliner is the only piece really sat on everyday. What do you say Leather Italica???
Look forward to hearing from you. I don’t want to contact the BBB and others and leave bad reviews but you’re leaving us no other choice especially since you won’t respond. You have pictures and there’s no way we could’ve caused the damage.
