Didn't have what I was looking for but the salesperson was friendly and helpful
Carla was very friendly, helpful and professional during our visit to the showroom as well as when we spoke on the phone with additional questions. We purchased a full-size sofa at the time and then purchased a smaller sofa about a year later to match. Even though we had an issue with the sofas, Scott (manager) provided excellent customer service and resolved them promptly. Whenever we need to purchase leather furniture in the future, Peerless will be our first choice!
After seeing their commercial on local TV, I made the hour and 10 minute drive to Fairview Heights. I left my house expecting to spend $10-15k on a new sectional couch. Much to my surprise, I found an amazing sectional couch marked down 50% from $7500 to $3700. My sales rep was so easy to deal with and didn’t pressure me or try to up sell me!
