Hannah was fantastic to work with! She was knowledgeable, patient, and guided me through choosing the perfect Natuzzi leather sectional. When I had an issue after delivery, she was responsive and supportive, helping me open a claim with Natuzzi and making the process smooth. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommend Hannah!

I never expected to purchase an expensive 100% leather sofa and recliner from an online source but this place has proved to be higher level customer service than I have received shopping in any local furniture stores!
