I never expected to purchase an expensive 100% leather sofa and recliner from an online source but this place has proved to be higher level customer service than I have received shopping in any local furniture stores! I purchased an Omnia leather sofa from Leather showroom In June 2023, the cushions are comfortable, and the frame seems solid, however even with regular cushion rotation, the leather seats began to fade within six months of purchase. Now I have a multicolored sofa, I contacted Omni directly, They had me contact Leather showroom, Leather showroom had no help for me. As the other reviews have stated, they are straight shooters with very high quality furniture. Hannah was great to work with! We just had our couch delivered and everything went without a hitch and on the anticipated timeline. So so happy with our couch!
Outstanding service and excellent products! Mike was extremely helpful and always available to answer all my questions. It is my second time purchasing furniture from Leather Showroom and both experiences were great.
