Boca store salespeople, management and chairs we bought all excellent BUT BEWARE - THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS A JOKE. Have had two claims and the term "customer service" is an oxymoron. If you purchase or are provided an extended warranty READ EVERY WORD as there are exclusions, exceptions and incongruous language that makes the warranty as close to WORTHLESS as possible.
