The best car buying experience I've had. Absolutely zero pressure, nothing was hidden from us (everything was surprisingly clear - you know exactly what you're signing). Update: I have now received a refund of my processing fee after going back and forth all day yesterday with an adviser. After the experience I have had with this company this should have been issued immediately on a discretionary basis, it is extremely disappointing that I have had to fight so hard for this.
