I was in a bad spot just into my 3rd year in business, had a hand shake deal on a machine that made 90% of my profit go bad due to the other guy, and luke done his best to get me out of it and into a machine quick and fast....when I thought I was out of options, he pulled through for me! Really great to work with, understanding and communicates well during the process. Would recommend him 10/10
