It was my first time experience shopping for a car with out stepping into a dealership! Had some hiccups along the way but Juan made sure we stayed calm and helped through the process! Got all I needed with out adding any extras that weren’t required he made the experience a great one. My car is beautiful and we are happy! My car was delivered right to my home and my trade picked up all smooth sailing!
