Should have read the reviews before calling! Sophie was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Told me she could not assist because of the narrow definition of retaliation in the law and when I asked her to explain she said that's as clear as she can get. Obviously these people do not want to work for you or help you, don't waste your time like I did. They are looking for easy, obvious cases which is of course a sign that they are incredibly low-skilled.
My fiancée is a physician and local business owner in the community. WARNING!!! DO NOT CALL THEM … THEY ARE DISMISSIVE, untruthful and WILL WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. We have a case with the labor department and we called earlier this week for assistance. Mr. Sowers is very professional. I really like the way he handled my case. Also, you are notified about each step of the process.
My experience working with this firm…terrible. Anthony , at the beginning was gong ho, and gained my confidence. He knew I was wanting to take my case all the way to court, but played me like a fiddle once their team knew they could settle for a quick payday. After trying to convince me on multiple occasion to settle, I finally took their advice, and settled. It was the worst decision I ever made.
