Beautiful combination of sound healing and body work and positive affirmations. Sometimes painful working through the stiff muscles, but well worth it!
I attended a beautiful workshop here on an early spring sunny day recently. I was very touched by the land, the care put into creating the container for the group, and the nourishment of the tea/yoga/sound/massage journey. It felt deeply-self caring and I was so grateful for Brittany & Shami's guidance, care, and support. Definitely a relaxing, beautiful setting, inside and out.

Well worth the drive to experience the Yin yoga, massage, tea, and sound journey. So healing, restorative, and relaxing. Loved every minute of it. I've gone twice now and will be back again!
