I was rolling to grocery store with my Power wheelchair I try to get on sidewalk and could not I had to roll my self a round the cab this is at Front of FreshCo there is too many cabs in front of place no one can get drop off in front because of the cabs !! The law need to step in this
Was stuck on side of road & needed a cab to get me to work, called & a man answered, asked if I could get a taxi & he just says no. I said what, he said no again & I hung up. How can you operate a taxi business but not provide a taxi at 7 am.
Called for the taxi, I was told 15 minutes and the cab took 35 minutes.
