This was our first time working with a mortgage broker and I have to say my husband and I were blown away. We usually just work directly with the bank. We were surprised at how easy it was to work with a broker. Leah was very professional, was able to get us a much lower rate than the bank, never pressured us and gave us a lot of great advice too! When we hire a service, we expect professional advise and somebody to handle the challenges for you. Most of the time is just like a regular job and everything goes as expected. We only see the extra capabilities when there is something out of the ordinary that needs to be overcome.
