The type of care I received at Kelsey Seybold at this location by Dr. Sonia Gyamlani and her Nurse, I hope no one ever has to endure. I have never in my life been so mistreated by a doctor and flat out denied patient care. I sat in this lady’s face crying in pain and she still cancelled my appointment and made me leave. Her Nurse for starters; was beyond rude and seemed upset that I was "late". I had a problem with fuzzy vision in my Right eye after cataract surgery. Neither the Opthalmologist nor the subsequent Optometrist could make any recommendations on how to improve my vision. They just suggested eye drops and said the cornea was scarred. We went off plan and the Optometrist at Bellaire Family Eye Care came up with a solution. Dr. Jolas is a fantastic chiropractor. My wife went to see him today with sever pain down her right arm and leg, including numbness and difficulty walking and balancing. He did not make any major adjustments but seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He performed the most throrough physical examination I have ever witnessed a doctor perform, including neurologists and spine specialists. I have had the displeasure of having two appointments with this doctor and I will not be going back. I saw two different practitioners and neither seemed to take my concerns with anything other than an uncaring dismissive attitude. Neither times did I get any medical information nor did I get prescribed anything I could not aquire over the counter. I left this most receint appointment in agony but the Dr. seemed to care more about getting to her next patient than the wellbeing of her current patient.
I’m a 43 year old married man, and I’m just now dealing with health issues that have troubled me for a few years now. It takes a lot for a man to come out and discuss their problems and when I went to my doctor and told him about my depression and libido he tested me for low T. I am so tired of trying to see a doctor and really need to see one and their appointments are 1 to 1 1/2 months out they are so under staffed. My husband will be changing next year he has been with them since 2014 and hated to but now he's really disappointed 😞 with there Healthcare.
i went in for minor issue and paid up front in full. taken care of but then i get a bill emailed to me for and extra$513.00. what the hell is this . i called them they said they had no record of this . then who did they give my personnel info to. be very carefull about giving them your personnel info.
