As a parent with 2 children previously enrolled here, and as someone who has gotten to know many of the teachers personally - I feel it’s important to be transparent about what really goes on at LeafSpring Geist. The teachers are the only bright spot. They are caring, diverse, and dedicated, but they are treated terribly by administration. The leadership is toxic, cliquey, and unprofessional. This has been an amazing pre-school for my son. The staff is all amazing and show amazing care and compassion for the students.
We’ve had the pleasure of being part of this preschool community for almost 7 years now, with two of our children having graduated from the school and one still currently enrolled—and we couldn’t be happier. From day one, the staff have been nurturing, professional and deeply committed to each child’s growth. The teachers and Admin are truly committed to the welfare of the children. Our daughter is two and has been at LeafSpring for about 6 months now. She loves it. She had a hard time with the transition at first but the teachers were very patient with her, and now it’s hard to get her to come home at the end of the day! The staff, ownership, teachers, everyone has been wonderful. We would definitely recommend this school to others!
My wife and I have been extremely satisfied with our experience at LeafSpring School. We have a 4 year old and an 18 month old enrolled. The owners and leaders clearly make education a top priority as our 4 year old continually brings home new knowledge i.e from dedicated spanish learning and STEM sessions.
