There are many mistakes in your response to show how neglectful this establishment can be, sep.3,2024 almost 80 degrees that day, nor ever is it okay to neglect the care of children based on what the adult in the room has to say based on their comfortability when they’re there to be the voice of a child who can’t speak & like I said almost infants were crying inconsolably, as a director you’re in charge to make the best choice for the children, yet again your establishment is being sued for said negligence with another child... read more

I worked at this establishment for less than 2 months due to the negligence of this daycare, on the morning of september 3rd i noticed it was pretty warm in the infants room and thought it will get fixed pretty soon due to it being an infants class but I thought wrong. If I was able to give less than 1 start I would . I was not informed that my child was unenrolled due to a conflict of interest I was not given any reason as to what the situation and per the terms and conditions of the parent hand book my child has not had any infractions that would warrant Disenrollment of my child and I have not had any complaints regarding me as the parent . If I could give less than 1 star I would. I enrolled my son here 6 months ago and the director was very nice, energetic, and young. I’ll keep her name private because that’s what she told me when I requested to see video footage of what happened to my son. She said it was “private”. They put on smiling faces from beginning to end. The director, assistant director, and staff. But if your child can’t talk, don’t bring them here. We had a great experience at LeafSpring School at Sonterra. The administration and teachers my daughter had were very kind. My daughter enjoyed going to school and made a lot of friends.
