This is an amazing childcare and preschool facility that sets the standard of excellence for children, family’s and staff. I had to pull my son out after repeated carelessness by management, including repeated injuries caused by other kids (biting, kicking, etc.,) and it fell on deaf ears. Too much teacher turnover. I also didnt like the fact that the poor teachers had to pay for things (supplies, etc.,) which management should be taking care of and when we asked the teachers, they said that management just didnt care. They are also severely understaffed (below NC regulation) and got several notices, but the owner(s) didnt care.
Brand new facility and it’s really nice. They email me back right away and communication is good. My kids love this place and enjoy going.
