Absolutely disgusted by the unprofessional approach this company took with a home care package client. not able to take responsibility for any miscommunication/misunderstanding that they encountered. basically all to hard so dropped client and sulked in the corner. cannot recomment this business.
They cherry pick. If your needs are at the difficult end of the bell curve, go elsewhere. Just another clip joint.
