I’ve had a few experiences with Leading Edge Cycles, and while the bike servicing itself has been excellent, the customer service has consistently left me feeling flat. The first time I went in to book two touring e-bikes for a service, I was abruptly told to book online. When I dropped the bikes off, I wasn’t acknowledged, so I just parked them near the service area and left. Exceptional service from Brett and the team. Got my bike serviced and everything was made easy. My go to bike shop in the GV!
The service received by Brett Lancaster was exceptional. We left very happy having purchased 2 new bikes, which he happily offered to deliver to our door. Cannot fault his knowledge and friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others, a great experience all round
